Rocio Romero PA-C
Practice Director
Rocio is a bilingual clinician and surgical first assist, she blends operating-room rigor with cosmetic-dermatology finesse to deliver natural, camera-ready results, trusted by executives, on-air personalities, and New York celebrities.
Nationally certified (PA-C) and trained at SUNY Downstate, Rocio has completed advanced coursework with Empire Medical Training and the National Laser Institute. Her clinical focus includes facial balancing, Botox, dermal fillers, biostimulators, exosomes, and advanced laser rejuvenation.
As Practice Director, Rocio leads with high technology prioritizing safety, proportion, and longevity over trends. Patients describe her as precise, personable, and results-driven, with outcomes that look effortless and age elegantly.
Dr. Igor Burko
Medical Director
Dr. Burko is a board-certified plastic surgeon recognized for his personalized approach to beauty and empowerment. A graduate with High Honors from Ross University School of Medicine, Dr. Burko completed a five-year General Surgery residency at Nassau University Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He then pursued a three-year fellowship in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Tulane University, training under pioneers in the field.
With a commitment to the highest standards of safety and quality, Dr. Burko is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He specializes in facial rejuvenation, body contouring, and aesthetic breast surgery, where his precision and artistry highlight individual beauty.
