Appointments & Bookings
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. This card will not be charged at the time of booking but is held on file in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 20% of the scheduled service value.
- No-shows or failure to cancel an appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service value.
Arrival
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows for a stress-free check-in, a moment to relax, and ensures you receive your full treatment time.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled appointment. The full price of the scheduled service will still apply.

To maintain a serene and relaxing environment for all our guests, we kindly request that you silence your mobile devices upon entering the spa.
